One of the responsibilities of the regulatory agencies is to verify your identity and account, and Chillimarkets must rigorously adhere to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. As part of this procedure, Chillimarkets must confirm the identification of its customers and evaluate any possible threats of illicit activity.

The following documentation is required when you register a trading account with Chillimarkets so that Chillimarkets can confirm your identity:

This bill needs to contain the following information: Full name and address. Please note that the utility bill you supply to Chillimarkets needs to be not older than six months. The details on the utility bill must also match the personal details you registered with.
  3. If you have made a deposit using a credit card or have made a deposit on behalf of a third party, you will be required to send verification documents for both parties. You will also need to send Chillimarkets a clear, colour copy of the front and back of the credit card used. Do not hesitate to reach out to your bank to obtain further details about their procedures.

Withdrawal methods

Chillimarkets, being a regulated broker, must adhere to stringent regulatory standards. Due to international anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals are permitted only through the payment methods used to fund your account. It is crucial to emphasize that you should withdraw up to 100% of your deposit back to your credit or debit card. Subsequently, you can withdraw funds using a different method according to your directions, but it must be under your own name. Here is an example for better understanding. If you deposited $1,000 via a credit card and earned a $1,500 profit, the initial $1,000 you withdraw will return to the credit card you used for the deposit, and the remaining $1,500 can be taken out through a different method, like wire transfer or other e-payment options (for customers outside the EU only).
When a deposit is made through a third party that isn’t a credit card payment method, you need to withdraw the full amount of the deposit transaction using the original payment method.
